2 seats in my 206cc jammed ?

my 2 front seats in my 206cc have jammed forward ie allowing someone to get in the back! can anyone help me with a solution? please i cant drive my car. also had the same problem with drivers seat firing back whilst driving its a nightmare

needs two new seat runners they are crap. try looking under seat and moving the levers that the cables go on by the runners.
