Beko tumble dryer DRCS 68 W not collecting water?

My Beko tumble dryer DRCS 68 W is not collecting water in the reservoir, the water is just coming out of the bottom. How do I repair it??

at the back right corner is a small cover plate.remove this.you will see 2 pipe in front of you.the one on the left goes to a pump which is inside the plastic housing.if this has failed water will come out the base.
