neptune exotic this is the second one in 3years i have bought!!!!! it completelt cut out and wouldnt turn on-got it tested by an electrician who says there is power and water-he finks it could be the part down on the right THE FLOW SOMETHING OR OVER) IS IT WORTH GETTING A NEW PART OR A NEW SHOWER-AM AT MY WITS ENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first get a electrician who knows what he's talking about he don't.

when you say wouldn't turn on do you mean no water flow ?

if power light on and no flow check the solenoid coil for resistance.
they cost about £15.
it's not the flow valve at fault.

15 min job.
