The back of the base has come loose from the main body of the mouse. I can see 2 white pegs but when pushing the base back into place they dont hold it in position even though it sounds like they have clicked into place! It
was not dropped or misused. Have not tried to remove the screws holding the whole base in place as wanted advice first.
