i have an mtd riding mower speed problem?

it has 6 speeds but once you get to 4th it will not go faster in 5th or 6th. if anyone knows how to fix this i would appreciate your time and effort. thanks.

the verable speed pully is froze take it off oil it up good make sure the center peice moves up and down easy
