My Samsung RSH1DTMH Fridge Freezer the fan started making a strange noise like either hitting some ice or a bearing gone now noise stopped but temperature gone up to 12 from three can you help please ?

Im afraid not samsung are no longer covering this there so called good will gesture has run its course and the engineers from currys knowhow should be called know nothing anyway contacted domestic and general who put us on to agsrefrigeration who seem to know what they are doing they came and fixed what turned out to be a simple problem and finally the dammed thing is working.

These models now have a warnatty up to 2014 from Samsung so many parts are covered for free with free call out and parts

Thanks for the post andy you were right and saved us a lot of money and time when we contacted www.agsrefrigeration who came out straight away and found and rectified the cause of our problem. Once again cheers these guys are the real deal.

had same problem and was quoated the same price on ebay luckily for me my neighbour had the same problem and passed me on to a engineer who use to work for them he came along and change the part which was the drain heater so sometimes you still need an expert opion as he stated everyone fits the complete panel when very rarely do you need to the problem will only come back in a few months when it could be just one component which is faulty its been nearly a year now no problem working like new. we looked at youtube guy - bought the kit fridge freezer now working again ,

although its you tube - guy is a fully authorized samsung agent - buys in bulk sells parts at good discount

hello just to say i bought rsh1 kit from samsung guy on ebay and it totaly cured fault , cost me £69.99 plus post , i was quoted about £145 for same parts from another co , so if you have fridge temp problems in samsung rsh1 go to ebay ..
