My Belling Cooker (Electric) won't heat up? HELP!?

Hi, when i turn my dial on to heat the cooker, the light comes on (to show over isn't hot enough) and the fan comes on, but the heat doesn't come out.

I presume it's not to do with the thermostat as the light is on saying it's not hot enough, so maybe it's the element?

Any advice would be great! Thanks

yes it sounds like the fan oven element has gone

It is most likely the element has blown surrounding the oven fan. This is a common occurence.
