I have had a NEFF washer and dryer V4380X0GB for 5 years. Recently there is a niose when the inner drum is spining. It sounds like a small piece of metal droped in between inner drum and wall of inner water container where water stays. I have checked inside the drum, there is nothing. Any idea to solve that noise.

I had the same, a bra wire. Hadto remove the heater to get a flexi-grabber in to catch it.

probably a bra wire has fallen between inner and outer drum you need to remomove the rubber sump which connects pump to outer drum and try and retrieve wire or whatever is making noise
