freezer ffa71g?

my freezer has stopped freezing and my fridge has ice in it, high freezer temp light is on, tested fan in the freezer and it works. could this be a signal from the circuit board to the fan not getting through?

It could be a PCB fault.
www.fridgeshop.net can check and possibly repair the PCB for around £30.
