rear brake pads?

tried to change my rear brake pads on my renault laguna 1.8 16v 2002 but cant get the piston back in, do i nd a tool to screw the piston back or shld it just move by pushing it

You need to wind the piston in, ideally you should use a proper wind back tool,but you may be able to do it with some pointed pliers, if it's not too seized up.
