Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher is leaking during the drain process?

I had a water leak in my Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher (Model #665), so I took the time to dismantle the thing, to see just what I needed.
It seems I only need an oval rubber gasket that blew out when it drains. It's of black rubber, an it's pretty much a goner. My question is, can I get this rubber gasket by itself, or is there a kit that I need to acquire?
Where can I order this part/kit?

Thanks for any help...

Hello,

The only thing I can think of is trying a thicker screw if you can.

Thanks,

Found the parts needed, but there's another potential problem maybe you could help me with.

A screw that holds the two plastic pieces together, wants to strip the plastic it's screwed into. Any way of fixing the plastic, so it doesn't strip out, and loose it's holding power?
