How do you change the coil pack on a Ford Focus?

I have a 1.8 zetic Ford Focus, year 2000, and I think I need to replace the coil but as I am no mechanic I don't know what to do or how to do it. Please someone HELP ME.

press wire clip on terminal and pull off,remember which plug lead goes onto each post,dont mix them up,undo 4 bolts and remove,refit in reverse.
