just like bb says its easy to do i would expect to pay about 20 for a nice bit of braided hose for it and about 5 quid for a bottle of dot4 brake fluid. do it this way take the brake resevoir cap off and get a small sheet of cling film with no holes in it nas lay it over the resevoir then put the cap back on if you need to force the screws though the film thats fine, then screw the cap back down, this will create a vaccum and stop all the fuid from leaving the resevoir, then undo the top hose banjo bolt and let it rest in a pot on the floor then put you new hose on the master cylinder then undo the bottom banjo bolt and then fit you hose the caliper.just bleed it now have a spanner on the bleed screw on the caliper and put some clear hose on the end of the bleed nipple take the cap off the resevoir now and remove the film, make sure the fluid is full up and then pump the lever about 5 times and hold it in then undo the bleed screw for a 1 second and then do it back up,then repeat the pumping and bleeding cycleuntil all the air is out and you have good resistance at the lever.dont let the fluid run out it will put you straight to square one.
