Most cars and you still have'nt said what you have!! the washer uses the same fuse as the wipers so if the wipers are working it will not be a fuse problem!! but if the wipers also don't work then you will have to say the Make/Model/Year, to get the fuse number!!
There is normally a filter where the washerpump fits onto the waterbottle and these often get blocked, can you hear the pump run??
