heating element?

My Zanussi DE6855 does not get warm, so does not rinse properly or dry. Where do I find the heating element?

the heater is in the base at the back in the middle.could also be a faulty burnt out track or bad solder joint on the heater relay on the control pcb in the fascia panel!
