how can I find a tubing diagram for a Bissell Proheat 2x model 9200c?

Try colour coding your tubing with coloured tape before stripping it down next time, makes it a lot easier to reassemble. you can buy 10 different colour tapes on Ebay for less than £3.

Why doesn't Bissell colour code their tubing, make things a lot easier when servicing the machines. I have now colour coded my own machine tubing with coloured tape, makes reassembly much easier.
What is the internal diameter of the tubing.

Havn't found a diagram but from my machine it goes from the front of the machine as you look at it:

nozzles to a T piece.

centre of T piece to the heater (connection nearest front of machine).

rear heater connection to a U pipe then to the solonoid

From solonoid to another Tpiece, center of T goes to the front of the pump, other connection is to the wand.

Pipe from side of pump motor goes to the vacummn tube. pipe from top of pump goes to same tube.

Pipe from rear of pump goes to the solution selector (left connection as you look at it from front of machine *)

Pipe from water tank goes to the right connector on the solution selctor *

Pipe from solution tank goes to the two connections on the rear of the solution selector via a T piece.

* Only thing I'm not sure of is the pipes that go from the water tank and the rear of the pump they may go the other way round i.e swop left and right.
