My manual says there's a helpline on 0151- 649 1500. I've also scanned my manual. If you'd like a copy I could email it if your service will handle a pdf of 9Mb.

Check that the safety switch on the debris box is locked in position. Take the box out make sure no debris got behind it and push it back in until the safety switch engages.Make sure that power cable is disconnected before attempting this.

Hi. I have exactly the same problem. I've replaced the plug fuse and tried the 'reset' button, but no joy. I don't have an instruction manual. Did you get yours sorted, or can anyone else help?
