How much torque to put on the belt tensioner?

I am replacing the timing belt on my wife's 1990 Suzuki Swift Gl Sedan. It has a 1.3 liter single overhead cam. I know how to lign up the cam and crankshaft but am not sure how much torque to put on the belt tensioner. Thanks in advance.
