can a wing mirror casing be glued if so which type of glue?

some body clipped the wing mirror on our fiat ducatto van and and small piece (about an 1" sq ) was knocked inside also left a small crack along the plastic cover. - can this be repaired with a type of glue/wield
or will we have to buy a new casing ? or can a mobile dent man repair this ? rgds

epoxy glue, such as "araldite" will stick most things, or you may be able to use car body filler, which will also sand down easy to the right shape!
