how can i open my astra bonnet?

s reg astra bonnet wont open when i pull the lever Feels like the cable isnt connected Can i open the bonnet another way 1.6 petrol

I had a similar problem

If you have someone pull the cable and then you press down on the bonnet it should pop up!

Its normally the cable has gone a bit loose
