Dorf hot cold single lever tap 22 years old?

Is there a repair kit for dorf lever hot cold tap. This tap has two seals which the ball sits in. Are these seals replaceable.

I've got one of these too and hard pushed to find a kit of rubber seals etc to give it a new lease of life.
