ok these are not dead easy to do,firstly you need to remove the front panel, front wheel and then the steering stem then pull the connector out of the back of the ignition switch.then pull the r clip out of the frame part of the switch and pull the electrical part of the switch out(green and black).then yuou will see a slot on the frame part of the switch similar to the slot you pulled the r clip from but its smaller and nearer the key end of the switch in there a small u shaped clip holds the steeriong lock part of the switch to the barrel holder pull the clip out using a pick or a small sharp screwdriver then you can pull the steering lock part out(the stem needs to be out to do it)then the front part with the key can be pushed out look in the opposite end to the key slot and you will see a small square shaped sliding plate called a leaf push nthis into the centre of the barrel and then pushe the barrel out of its holder at the same time hey presto done, reassembly is opposite to disassembly apart from the fact you put the u shaped clip into the steering lock part out of the bike and when you push the barrel holder and the steering lock part together they snap into place obviously assemble then inside the frame part.
