head torque settings for ford KA?

does anyone know the torque settings and tightening sequence for a cylinder head on a 1996/P reg Ford KA endura engine
Andy, June 2010
are they the right settings for a R reg ford ka car and tighten the bolts in the order thanks from

craig, September 2010
The bolts stretch when they are torqued up, so if you re-use them the bolts will be slightly longer and the head will not be correctly down onto the block
