how can i fix my water damaged nokia 6700 phone?

my mobile phone has water damage,i can see that the battery contacts have been affected and ive tried cleaning them with sandpaper.

Take it apart asap & wipe all parts with a damp (but not wet)cloth leave it all to dry out completely at least 24 hours before putting it back together.if you dont release the moisture inside your phone it will corrode all the parts which will permanantly damage your handset.Try not to lose any screws or any of the parts as some can be tiny.Goodluck. :-)

Hi, You need to get it taken apart and cleaned out properly other wise it will eventually fail all together if you do manage to get it working once it has dried out.
