My Braun Oral B electric toothbrush won't turn off unless I place it back on it's baterry charger. This only happened lately. It has two buttons, one to turn it on and one to turn it off. The on button is the larger of the two. When I push either of them the brush will not turn off. I cannot find a model number but is around 5-6 years old. Any suggestions on how tho handle this problem?
I think I may have just found issue with the problem, and that is that the inside of the unit has got wet. I suggest taking the casing off of the tooth brush and let it completely dry out, then test the unit. Hopefully this will fix your problem

On the underside of the unit will be a 4 digit type number, with this I can help further. I suspect you will need to change the handle body and I think the cost for your model is £15.
