How can I repair my Ice Dispenser on my Kitchenaid Refrigerator?

I have a Kitchenaid refrigerator model ksbp25fkss01.
I think I need to replace the dispenser motor. There is a coupler attached to the shaft of the existing motor that needs to be replaced. How do I remove the coupler? Is there a special tool for this? It appears that it should unscrew but this is not possible. Please help. I can't remove the motor from the housing without removing the coupler from the motor.

My models 54536400 will not make ice. The assy. will not turn so I change the ice maker motor #626653 Module Assy. assy no change. And no water fill the tray like befour. And the motor will not turn.
