Error 20 means you haven't entered cash declaration. This is usually setup so that you have to type the amount of cash in the drawer before you can receive the daily report, so make sure you enter the cash amount as you will have been doing for every report. If this has suddenly started to happen, then someone has accidentally turned on the cash declaration in programming (system option address 1). Let me know if you still have trouble.
