1994 explorer fuse diagram?

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer that when you start it the RPM's go through the roof. I have checked the butterfly, springs and wires nothing is stuck. Someone told me that the Cruise control may be stuck but I don't know where the main fuse is since I do not have the owners manual. Is this even a possibility that I may just need to pull a fuse or am I looking at a bigger problem?

Not a fuse problem. You have something (carbuerator?) stuck open. There are many parts you can't see the insides of which could cause the problem depending especially on the age of your car. Best way to know is buy a code reader for your make-model. Mine was $50 and does 13 model years of Ford cars and trucks. I've never been ripped off since and my friends and co-workers have borrowed it constantly. I usually ask $5 a week for borrowing and in the two years I've had it I've been given twenty bucks a couple times just to say thanks that the mechanic didn't rip them off. You can spend a lot of time depending what type of engine you have trying to do it without one or get taken by a mechanic who knows you have no idea. I highly recommend one.
