my car will not stop losing hits water i have tryed everything?

i have a 2000. ford fouse and i can not keep water in rateror hits keeps getting hot and loseing the water i have changed the hoses. can you help.

feel top hose to see if thermostat is opening,if expansion tank is pressurising or water bubbling up then sounds as if your head gasket is maybe on the way out
