y car using to much fuel?

we have a corsa 53 1.2 no lights are on dash but it does half of what its suppose to burn on fuel it runs starts fine any one can help

what's too much? Poorly maintained engine,blocked air filter,fuel leak,brakes binding or mal-adjusted, different driving style, heavy braking etc etc etc........
