Steve, the answer is hand tight - not so tight you'll break it tightening it or never get it off - put pretty darn snug. If you need the exact value I can try to find out in about a wek when I go back to work (at Ford) as we have the spec manual there. Keep buying Ford, it keeps North Americans employed !
