how can i fix my apm6855 fridge/freezer?

Like so many others on this site, my fridge keeps displaying "H" and appears not to be working. I wonder if "kintara" would mind giving the help that so many others have had success with? Thanks in advance.

dude, all i did was un plug it and defrost it for 24 hours.........it works now! ! ! ! ! ! try it!
