how do i fit the element in my cooker the fan is working but the cooker is not heating up

Switch off.
remove the panel from inside the oven cavity that is covering the fan you say is still working.behind there is a round element held on with screws.remove them and carefully pull the element away with the wires attached.remove wiring and refit to a new element.Simple little job
