bonnet lock no working?

i have a 55 plate focus cant get lock on bonnet to open any other way to open this

give it a good flush out with wd40,check your key isnt worn,once it is open give it a lube with spray grease,may help to gently push down on bonnet whilst trying to open,turn 1st to left then over to right.
