fix my brother...sewing machine... LS2020?

well, fix my brother too... but. My bobbin makes a terrible jangling noise... i've cleaned the lint, messed with the tension, made sure i have it all threaded correctly... but when i sew, the thread gets tangled so bad the needle won't move at all... and the thing makes a jangling noise like metal is touching metal in a wobbly way... where it shouldn't.

ok where is the screw/bobbin case?

and it makes that noise without any thread in the machine...

Hello Tamara,
You need to sort out the tensions first of all, top tension about 4 or 5, make sure you just pull the bottom thread through with slight resistence, if it is too tight slacken the screw on the bobbin case only about a quarter of a turn at a time and test until you get it right, the noisy bobbin case could be down to the thread jamming up
