pc turns off?

my pc runs slow/ freezes up /and then turns its self off. can any one tell me whats wrong

run your de-frag (its in control panel,) if this does not work you might have to re-format as you may have a "trojan" DO NOT save anything as you do not know where its hiding and you might put it back in. this is what i did, no probs since
