Hotpoint washing machine error code F-05?

How can I drain my Hotpoint machine? It is stuck on F-05 with water in it? How do I access the part to repair? I do not have a panel on the front

First of all UNPLUG!! Pull out your appliance & remove the grey drain hose from wherever it is situated. Get a washing up bowl or other shallow container & place the end in it, the water should then start to drain in to the container. At the rear of the appliance there is a white plastic panel, remove it & look at where the other end of the grey drain hose is fastened on the right hand side, that is the pump, using some pliers pinch the two ends of the metal clip or if yours has the plastic one then lever the two ends apart & pull the black hose fromthe pump. Disconnect the two wire power plug, this just pulls off. Directly under where the pipe you've just disconnected there will be a tab, prise this gently up with a flat blade screwdriver & at the same time slide the pump left.
You will now be able to look inside the pump where the black pipe was connected & free whatever foreign object is jamming the impellor.
Refitting is the above instructions in reverse but pay attention to the black hose clip & be sure it is tight!!
When you come to test make sure the pump is running before you fill with water, for obvious reasons, you can do this by selecting the drain out icon on your programs. When your happy it is refit & connect everting left & push your appliance back.
