window wont roll up. how do i get the window handle off so i can get to the rest of the door. i thought it had a cap and screww...nope

Fords used to use a spring clip,push the door panel backwards from the handle area and there may be a spring clip you can prise upwards(depends wich way handle is pointing)and it can then be removed use a small screwdriver to lever clip off ,refit is just the opposite/Good luck,easy peasy.
