My Optima Compact worked fine until yesterday until the electricity was switched off for an hour or so. When it was switched back on the Attack & Tamper light are on permenantly as are the zones. None of the buttons are working and I have no idea how to reset it. Can anyone help?

it sounds like the stand by battery has given up the ghost,or a fuse has blown in the panel,or both,turn power off,is the panel lights still lit?open panel,check the small glass fuses,replace any blown one,it is not enough just to look at them,you must check them with a test meter,or replace with new ones,and its a good idea to replace the battery if the system is 5 years old,or older,
