If you enter the wrong lock-code 3 times, the phone will be blocked, and will then ask for the PUK code (Personal Un-Block Key). Sometimes this may be printed on the SIM card itself, however i recommend that You phone your air-time provider, and ask them, they will require varification, and probably the IMEI number of the phone (if you type in the following *#06# on any phone, it will display the IMEI number).
It is best to get the PUK code from your provider, because if you enter it wrong too many times (approx 10), then the sim will be blocked for ever
