choke problem with my sukida 125-4 commissioner?

i have recently bought it and changed the oil and spark plug, its 2 years old and i have noticed i cannot get the choke to come off without it cutting out even when the engine is hot. also when i try to get to full throttle in top gear it misfires and sputters everywhere so i am restricted to low speed. i dont know if these problems are connected.....what should i do? thanks

try draining all the oil again this time change the filter and use synthetic 4 stroke oil, put the choke "up" ride till its hot then put it "down" if you forget to it will flood an miss fire, also make sure the fuel tap is pointing up that means its open, sideways is off and down is your reserve tank.

how do you know the choke is sticking on?and yes a choke being on while its hot will foul the spark plug insulator nose and cause misfiring.
