how can i reprogram the immobilzer on a v6 mondeo?

help just had my engine and ecu changed but car wont fire up how can i reprograme the ecu/immobilzer to the car i have got a 2 button remote its a st24 on a r reg but engine and ecu out of a mk1 mondeo thanks
