the pilot light is on, but my electrolux caravan fridge is not getting cold, we have only used it on gas for the last 2 years but previous to us owning it, it was lived in for 18 months.any ideas?it is a electrolux RM4206.

I had the same issue. I blew out the dust from the gas jet at the lower rear right hand side of the fridge as seen from the rear. Very easy to do and I could get to the jet from the rear clip on vents meaning I did not have to remove the fridge. The dust I found might explain why rolling it round the garden worked for a while. Search youtube for cleaning fridge gas jets.

Hi, I know this will probably sound a bit far fetched, but the fridge in one of our caravans would'nt get cold when it was on gas-battery or mains, someone told me to remove it from the van, & roll it gently around the garden, I said your having a laugh, no he explained, some times the liquid/gasses seperate, & the fridge won't get cold, rolling it gently around the garden, listening to it gurgle,the liquids get mixed, we put back in the van, like magic, it worked.
