WHAT"S WRONG WITH MY BRAKES?

I HAVE 1.0, 97" CORSA, WHEN PRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL , IT CLICKS NOT EVERYTIME I PRESS IT JUST WHEN I NEED TO BRAKE SUDDENLY. I CAN ALSO HEAR IT FROM OUTSIDE CAR WHEN BRAKING. CAN ANYONE HELP.

that noise you hear is your abs working,automatic braking system, its so you dont skid or lock up your brakes, but i would have it checked.
