do you mean piston rings? remove head and sump,remove big end bolts/nuts,push up piston out of cyl. remove rings,fit new,make sure rings are spaced correctly,ie the gap away from the thrust side of the piston,fit ring clamp and knock down into cyl,torque up big ends,refit head and sump with new gaskets,good luck
