Hi,
That error means your inbox is corrupted.
All e-mails in your inbox are stored in a single file.
Simplest fix is to move that file out of its correct location (which will effectively wipe your inbox and give you a new not corrupted one).
However if you want the e-mails that are in it you have two choices:
1. If you can currently get to your inbox then export all the e-mails to another location.
2. If you can't get to your inbox you need to try and repair the corrupted inbox file. See this guide for steps:
