i have the exact same problem and carphonewarehouse said that the warrenty doesnt cover this.......they further told me that they will send it off for £60 in which i said F off and gt it repaired at a smaller high street phone shop for £50

i hv the same prob,... bt its nt fixable under the warranty... its a common problem that sony ericsson refuses to accept as a design flaw.
