Beko DRCS68 - intermittently working start/ pause button?

how do you get the control panel off a Beko DRCS68

the reason i need to is the start/ pause button has started working intermittently, well more off than on as i need to try 20-30 times before it starts- if is does!. This is a recent problem, up to now it's worked fine.

My thoughts were loose wire / multi-plug; top is off but i cant get the control panel off.... is driving me nuts.

Unless some more learned person has another reason for the fault.

Same problem here... I get two 'beeps' and it does nothing, will not start. I used to be able to do a reset (holding the two buttons in for a few second) but it doesn't seem to do anything anymore. Have you had any luck getting yours going yet?
