How to fix a creda excel 1200?

I have a two year old Creda Excel 1200. It washes and spins but the drum is noisy and seems to be a bit off centre.Also it fills with water but won't empty out.What can the problem be?

check the filter and pump and outlet pipe for blockages if when you have cleared that problem up the drum is still noisy it could be the drum bearings
