electrolux caravan fridge will not cool, how can I fix it?

my fridge does not cool down when operated on gas or 240 volt electrics, I have not tried on 12 volts. The fridge is about 14 years old and never been touched or serviced. It has been getting worse over the last year or so but now hardly cools at all
